How to order
1. How to place your order
Did you find the item of your dreams? Select color, size or initial and click 'add to cart'. Of course you can always continue shopping and browsing. You can view your cart on the top right of the page, just click the cart-icon. Note: Know that when items are in your cart, they are not reserved.
NOTE: Please be aware of the color (gold/silver) bracelet you order, this can not be returned. We deliver the color you order.
Ordered a pre-order item? That means the item you ordered is not in stock at the moment. Most of the time, you can expect it to be shipped within 2 weeks. If you order a pre-order item in combination with items that are in stock, we will ship the items that are in stock beforehand so you can enjoy those right away.
2. Your personal details
Done shopping? Click the cart-icon on the top-right of the page to view your cart. In the next step you have the option to adjust your cart. Next up is the payment method, select the one your prefer (iDeal, CreditCard, PayPal, Sofort, Bancontact), select the country where the order needs to go and if applicable enter a discount code. Click the 'Checkout' button to create an account. Choose registering for an account or checkout as a guest. Fill in all your personal details in the next step of the checkout. We have the option to enter a billing and shipping address, if this is the same then only fill it in once. Possible notes for us you can leave here as well. All filled in? On to the next step!
3. Confirming your order
In the next step you need to confirm your order and accept our Terms and Conditions.
We can not be held responsible for a wrong specified address. In the case that a package is returned to Lost in Style due to a wrong specified address or an address other than a living or work address, the cost are for your own responsibility for a new shipment.
The last step before your order is confirmed: payment. At Lost in Style we offer many secure payment methods to secure personal details the best. Choose one of them like iDeal, Paypal, Creditcard, Sofort or Bancontact. You will get redirected to your bank environment to complete the payment.
